This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which Bow Water collects, uses, maintains, and discloses information collected from users (each, a "User") of the Bow Water website (the "Website"). This privacy policy applies to the Website and all products and services offered by Bow Water.

What information do we collect & how do we use it?

When you make an enquiry or request information, we need to know your name, phone number and email address. Depending on the nature of your enquiry, we may also need information on your bespoke product and design requirements. This allows us to process and fulfil your request and respond to you in an appropriate manner.

When you make an order for an ‘off the shelf’ product, we need to know your name, billing & delivery address, email address and telephone number. This allows us to process and fulfil your order and to contact you should any queries arise.

When you make an order for a bespoke product, we need to know your name, postal address, email address, telephone number, and information on your product requirement and design. This allows us to process and fulfil your order.

This information will be logged onto our customer management systems which are held on a secure server and local, networked computers that are password protected and will only be used by Bow Water to fulfil your order and to contact you with regards to that order.

 How we protect your information? 

 When you make an online purchase we use a secure server. When you order a bespoke product or make an enquiry , we use locally networked computers that are password protected.  Furthermore, as required by The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), strict security procedures are followed in the storage and disclosure of any information that you have given, to prevent unauthorised access. 

Sharing your personal information.

We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others. We only use it for our own procedures to fulfil orders and answer enquiries.

Bespoke products, such as, but not limited to, bottles, labels caps and other packaging are fabricated at either Cheddar Water or an approved supplier. Cheddar Water will provide these companies with personal data and data relating to your bespoke order, only for the purpose of fabricating the required bespoke product and in order to ship directly to you where relevant. They may not use it for any other purposes and are required to process the data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulations in effect in their country.

MARKETING 

You will receive marketing communications form us if you have requested information from us or if you have provided us with your details when entering a competition or registered for a promotion, in each case you have provided your consent to receive such marketing communications from us. You have the right to withdraw your consent to marketing communications at any time by contacting us at sales@bowessentials.co.uk  or unsubscribing via the link at the bottom of our email communication. 

 THIRD-PARTY MARKETING

 We will get your express opt-in consent before we share your personal data with any other company for marketing purposes. 

OPTING OUT

Where you opt out of receiving these marketing messages, this will not apply to personal data provided to us as a result of a product/service purchase, warranty registration, product/service experience or other transactions.
